Drape.Studio is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered fashion visualization, image generation, and related digital tools. The service is delivered online and does not involve the sale of physical goods.
Outputs generated by the service are created using automated and probabilistic systems and may vary between uses.
By accessing or using Drape.Studio, you agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
Invoices are generated electronically upon successful payment and are made available to users.
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) for customers located in India, as required by law. Tax amounts, where applicable, are determined based on the nature of the transaction and are reflected at checkout or on the invoice.
Subscription cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Users may cancel their subscription in accordance with that policy.
Drape.Studio generates visual outputs using artificial intelligence models. While we aim to produce high-quality and usable results, we do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for every intended purpose.

Drape.Studio does not provide legal, design, or commercial guarantees regarding the suitability of generated outputs.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service from time to time for operational, legal, or technical reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drape.Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or related to the use of the service or any generated outputs.
Drape.Studio’s total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by you for your most recent billing period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
